TL Environment is pleased to announce the launch of the new TL-SD Series solenoid diaphragm metering pump, designed for precise chemical dosing in water treatment, disinfection, and industrial process applications.
The TL-SD Series features an electromagnetic solenoid drive for accurate stroke-by-stroke dosing, a PTFE-lined liquid end for compatibility with aggressive chemicals including acids, alkalis, and oxidizing agents, and a transparent liquid end for visual flow confirmation.
Available in flow rates from 0.1 to 60 L/h with maximum back pressure up to 10 bar, the TL-SD Series covers a wide range of dosing applications. Liquid end materials include PVC, PP, PVDF, and SS316L to match the chemical compatibility requirements of each application.
Control options include manual stroke length adjustment, 4-20mA analog input, and pulse input for flow-proportional dosing. The compact design and standard 3/4" NPT connections make the TL-SD Series easy to install in new and retrofit dosing systems.
